Paracosm server 1.0.0 for Windows x64
=====================================

This is OpenSimulator 0.9.3.0 with the Paracosm patches and the WorldBridge region module, built on .NET 8
(SDK 8.0.422) by build/build_server.py from paracosm-src-1.0.0.zip, commit
278b3930230153c082236505e9b7b338c1d89db4. It runs on Windows x64 as it is. On Linux or macOS, build the server
from the source zip instead (handbook/quickstart.md section 4).

paracosm-build.json what it was built from: the commit, the OpenSimulator zip's hash, each patch and patched
file's hash, the SQLite DLL's hash, the hashes of OpenSim.dll and WorldBridge.dll

                        NOTICE.md

It has never been started and holds no configuration: no OpenSim.ini, no Regions/Regions.ini, no databases, no
WorldBridge.token. Every install makes its own, with its own region UUID and tokens.

You need the .NET 8 runtime (Microsoft.NETCore.App 8.0.0 or a later 8.0.x; any .NET 8 SDK includes it), Python 3.8 or later, and
paracosm-src-1.0.0.zip unpacked: its tools configure and run this server. Below, the source is unpacked to
C:/paracosm and this zip to C:/, so the server is C:/paracosm-server-1.0.0/bin. In the source folder,
`python -m pip install -r requirements.txt` adds psutil, which lets run_server.py find this install's OpenSim.

1. In the source folder, copy .env.example to .env and edit it:

       cd C:/paracosm
       copy .env.example .env

Set PARACOSM_BIN=C:/paracosm-server-1.0.0/bin, the estate owner's name and a real password
(PARACOSM_ESTATE_OWNER_FIRST, _LAST, _PASSWORD) and the AI resident's account (PARACOSM_RESIDENT_*).
handbook/quickstart.md section 3 lists every key that must change.

2. Write the config into bin/:

       python tools/make_config.py C:/paracosm-server-1.0.0/bin

It reads .env from the source folder and writes OpenSim.ini, config-include/StandaloneCommon.ini,
   config-include/FlotsamCache.ini, config-include/osslEnable.ini and Regions/Regions.ini (a new region UUID).
   Quickstart section 5.

3. Start it:

       python tools/run_server.py start

OpenSim starts in the background from PARACOSM_BIN. On the first start it creates the estate and the estate
owner's account, and WorldBridge writes its full-access token to bin/WorldBridge.token (keep it private).
Quickstart section 6: checking it, stopping it, and the Windows HTTP reservation if WorldBridge cannot listen.

Start here: handbook/quickstart.md in the source zip. With this zip you skip the OpenSimulator download (section 2)
and the build (section 4); every other section applies as written. Then log in with the viewer (sections 7 and 8)
and connect an AI through the MCP server (section 10).
